December 13th-15th Weekend

All's quiet on the homefront right now, but the anticipation for the 'Big Guy's' arrival is growing.  Check your list once, then twice, but enjoy the calm of the season this weekend in our wonderful little town.

This Weekend in Blythewood December 13th, 14th and 15th Community Internship Program The students in Blythewood High School's Community Internship Program will be showcasing their career internships and community service projects on Thursday, January 9 at 8:45 am in the small gym at BHS.  Students in the program have been working with mentors across the Midlands and getting a taste of just what this working life is all about.   The students have been exposed to careers in a huge variety of fields and will 'show off' the projects in which they've been a part.  Plan to come take a look at what some of our Blythewood students are learning.  There's more to school than what's in a book! Community Theatre The auditions that have been scheduled for this week are being POSTPONED due to a death in the director's family.  But never fear,  new audition dates will soon be set and you'll be the first to know!  Just practice a little longer and stay tuned for more info coming your way!  Bravo Blythewood hopes you will come be a part of something new and exciting as Blythewood's own Community Theatre gets started.   When you come to audition please bring a song with music or background and be prepared to read a short portion from a script.  The performance dates will be April 3-6.
