Tuesday, July 28, Everythings's Just Beachy for all ages.  Cool off in the library with beach stories, then make a sand craft.

Computer Camp for Kids...
 for ages 9-12 will be offered August 3-7 and August 10-14, from 9 to 12 and 1 until 4 each day at the Langford-Nord House on 100 McNulty Road.  The class, Computing Through Animation will be taught by USC professor, Gabriel Terejanu. The classes offer an introduction to computational thinking, engaging animation projects, activities focused on creativity and exploration and basic concepts in computer science. We have a stroller, many cool hats, shirts, children's purses and an assortment of odds and ends.  Come by Town Hall and take a look!  We are opened M-F, 8:00 to 5:00.

Tickets are $14 in advance for Adults/$16 at the gate
6 to 12 year olds $7 in advance or $8 at the gate and Buckaroos 5 and under free.

          Congratulations...
to Carlisle Cooper, the 3rd Runner-Up in the National, Miss High School America Pageant held  recently in Orlando, Florida .  Carlisle is Miss S.C. Teen and a Blythewood High School student. During the competition, Carlisle promoted her personal, "Carlisle's Create a Smile" campaign to educate young children on the importance  of good dental health, as well as an anti-bullying program, B.R.A.V.E.  Congratulations Carlisle!

The soccer, football and Lacrosse fields can be rented for a small per hour fee, plus the amphitheatre and the multi-purpose field.  Call  Pat Connolly at Town Hall for pricing.
No grills can be used at Doko Meadows and there are no picnic tables as yet.
