Living by the Numbers

Did you know that when it comes to working with numbers... our town does it better than most?  Congratulations to The Town of Blythewood for being recognized and presented with the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, thus proving all those teachers right.  You WILL use what you learn in math class when you grow up.  Come to think about it.....it all adds up!!!
  Blythewood gets an A+ !

Historically Speaking...

Don't forget to call and reserve your seat for an evening with Dr. Walter Edgar.  There's been such a terrific response to this invitation that  Dr. Edgar's presentation on March 12, will be held at The Manor at Doko Meadows.   Dr. Edgar, professor emeritus at the University of South Carolina,  has authored several books on South Carolina history and culture and will be the special guest of the Historical Society for that evening.  Admission is free to members of the Historical Society and $10 for non-members.  Please call to reserve your spot by calling 803.333.8133.
