September 6th-8th Weekend

The shoppers and the sellers are already out and stretched along the 43 mile route of The Big Grab. Folks from NC, SC, GA and beyond are all looking for super savings on unusual items to take back home with them.  The Big Grab is going on now through tomorrow night, dawn 'til dusk, along Hwy 21 through Blythewood, Ridgeway and over to Winnsboro.   Get your shopping shoes on and get out there and Grab some great deals! Jazz in the Meadows Come bring your lawn chair  and make plans to sit back and enjoy the smooth sounds of The Blythewood Jazz Orchestra,  Sunday, September 15th at the Amphitheater @ Doko Meadows. The origin of professional football can be traced back to 1892 with William "Pudge" Heffelfinger's $500 contract to play in a game for the Allegeny Athletic Association against the Pittsburg Athletic Club.  In 1920 the American Professional Football Association was formed.
